Hey there! I’m Mackenzie.

I’m a marriage and family therapist in Fort Collins, Colorado. I believe there is no limit to the growth we are capable of, and I am dedicated to supporting your journey so that you can know and share the best version of yourself.

I endorse a collaborative approach in counseling: wherever your mind is, I will meet you there and support your exploration of self and other. I am committed to walking alongside you as you learn about yourself, your partner, family, or circumstances, and begin to unfold a new realm of possibilities for connection, peace, and joy.

I’m an easygoing person who embraces having human moments amidst the beautiful chaos of life. Outside of the therapeutic setting, you can find me walking my dog in parks and on trails, watching comedy and horror movies, listening to a wide variety of music, and making puns.

Together in counseling, you and I will explore your inner world safely and move you into a space of self-compassion and empowerment to be who you are.

Couples Therapy

Feeling disconnected, confused, lonely, or anxious with your partner? Couples can find themselves at an unexpected crossroads, and therapy is here to help! Using experiential and person-centered practices, I can help you and your partner better understand one another and feel more connected so that you both can move into a relationship filled with love, mutual respect, and compassion. Let’s get to work!

EMDR Therapy

50-minutes|$150

Are you having negative thoughts that change the way you feel about yourself? Have you experienced trauma? Are you reacting to things or experiencing sensations that confuse you or make you feel unsafe? EMDR is a specific type of therapy that can help your brain change the way it stores tough memories and experiences so that you can move forward in your life feeling better about yourself and how you interact with the world around you.
